Partnership picks up Main Street Center in Frisco
A partnership between local investors Bo Avery and Jessie Mann has bought Main Street Center, a 42,754-square-foot retail center at Main Street and FM 423 in Frisco.
The financial details of the transaction were undisclosed.
The shopping center is anchored by an Albertson’s grocery store. Other tenants include Pizza Hut , Great Clips , Subway and other restaurants and retailers.
The buyers collectively own more than 1 million square feet of retail space. Tommy Tucker ofUCR Investment Sales represented the seller, Florida-based Regency Centers Regency Centers
