they grew up. Downtown Dallas is seeing a revitalization with a
plethora of new apartment style lofts and condominium for sale. Cedar
Springs - As you drive by the streets of Oak Lawn & Lemmon you will see
there is a lot of activity in that down town feeling neighbored.
Brownstone style buildings with small yards for these liking the city life
are readily available.
- University Park Cities
- Hawkins Wellwood is one of the prominent builders around this part of
Dallas and in many Preston hollow locations.

section of west Plano TX.
- McKinney
TEXAS -
Stonebridge Ranch is a fabulous master planned community not far from
historic downtown McKinney. Anna & Melissa are near
by so the commute into Dallas is not bad at all coming straight up highway
75.
- Allen -
Listing agent in this area are selling more pre-owned homes than ever
before. This town is pretty much built out so that is the only thing
really moving on the market at the moment there.
- Prosper -
Whispering Farms is a lovely community that is turning out to be quite nice.
And it is so close to 380 and the Frisco border.
- Little Elm
- There are several lakefront properties near oak point.
- The Colony - is conveniently located
next to Frisco Texas real estate properties so the commute to malls &
shopping is very small.
- North Garland, Richardson &
Coppell have seen an increase in population in recent years-
- In Murphy, Parker and Fairview
most of the residences are 1 acre + lots which is what a lot of
families are needing today.
- Addison, Carrolton & Coppell

- Colleyville, Grapevine & Southlake
is going more towards the D/FW airport so that is a great place to be if
you plan to be flying a lot during the week.
- Farmersville, Greenville &
Princeton is heading a bit more towards the rural areas of the
scope of Dallas
- Irving & las Colinas are
staying quite busy these days with a few new construction projects and
with the resale of multi unit condos, apts and duplexes for sale.
- Denton -
Home of the University of North Texas where many rental income properties
for sale go quite fast. Wylie & Pilot Point are
located near that county.
- Sherman -
East Texas is great location to consider if you are wanting land for sale or
looking for acreage
- Lake Lewisville - , Flower Mound
and Highland Village - are near Lake Dallas
- Fort Worth & Arlington
are not the main areas I work in and sell most of the houses for sale in fresco. However the Stockyards, Downtown Ft Worth
- Desoto, Cedar Hill and Duncanville
are far south of my area but I can very easily refer you to one of the
local realtors in that sector for additional assistance.
- Hurst Euless Bedford Area is a
community located in the middle of the metroplex and provide a quite
respite from the hustle and bustle of city living.

08/22/2008 - the frisco real estate market has slowed down a
bit but it is not as bad in other parts of the country. We are now
seeing many builders sell their lots and/or go into foreclosure on their spec
homes for sale. But there are certain builders who are still selling as
though they have not been affected. Why is this? My opinion on
this later on this week. DWR
08/30/2008 - Collin County has see a burst of new activity
in the past week as a new batch of Builder Specs has hit the market. New
Builder Homes for sale inventory is up, as well as private owner homes for
sale in Frisco. I think that this reflects a new confidence in the Real
Estate market now that gas prices have somewhat stablized and outlook for the
future is positive as our country continues to change. DWR
